Who needs Wellpartum?
Anyone looking to live their best postpartum life. Each postpartum period is unique, and there will be challenges. Prepare for a Better Postpartum with our prep tools, subscribe for education and tips you can use right away, from providers who specialize in lactation, mental health, workers’ rights and more.
Do I have to spend hours on an online course?
No. Every birth and postpartum experience is different. Check out only the videos and guides that are relevant to you. If you’ve chosen formula feeding, no need to learn about pumping. If you’ll be home with baby, skip the guide for going back to work. The information you need is there for you when you’re ready.
WON’T MY DOCTOR TELL ME WHAT I NEED TO KNOW?
Your OB/GYN or midwife’s job is to assist you with a healthy pregnancy and delivery. After discharge from the hospital, most people in the U.S. will have a single checkup at 6 weeks postpartum. This is typically a quick visit that doesn’t touch on most of the topics we cover.
WHEN is THE BEST TIME for me TO JOIN?
The best time to join is when you‘re pregnant, so you can start using the postpartum prep tools. The second best time is now. Some say “postpartum is forever,” and many people are still in the process of rehabilitating their bodies, weaning, or caring for their mental health in the months or years after their baby’s birth. It’s never too late to start caring for you.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST to join?
Joining the Wellpartum email list, with access to all our guides, videos and tools is FREE.

Our contributors are experts in the latest evidence-based practices - not relying on "the way we've always done things."
